The mission of the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, is to uphold the rule of law by providing justice fairly, impartially and consistently, protecting the rights and liberties guaranteed by the constitution of the State of California and the constitution of the United States of America.

Lassen Superior Court Relocation

Effective Monday, May 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M.

 

All Lassen Superior Court operations will be relocating to the

Hall of Justice

2610 Riverside Drive

Susanville, CA 96130


All court departments at the

South Lassen Street Courthouse,

Annex and Access to Justice Center

will close on

Friday, May 4, 2012 at 12:00 P.M.

 

All Lassen Superior Court departments

will reopen on

Monday, May 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M.

at the Hall of Justice on Riverside Drive.


New Courthouse Project

The Lassen Superior Court Hall of Justice is currently under construction at 2610 Riverside Drive in Susanville. The new courthouse will provide enhanced security and more space, enabling the court to improve access and services. Funding for the new facility is from the Trial Court Facilities Act of 2002, through trial court user fees.
